Galleries Club Lounges at Heathrow Terminal 5

The Galleries Club Lounges are available to all gold and silver club members as well as Club World and Club Europe members and any first class passengers. These lounges offer you a serene place to relax and unwind either before a flight or while waiting for a connecting flight.

The Galleries Club lounges are located on both sides of terminal 5; you can find one at terminal 5B and in the satellite buildings. So wherever your flight leaves from you will be able to enjoy the comfort these lounges provide to their important passengers.

You will also fine a twenty seater cinema to keep you busy along with a fully functional work zone including Microsoft computers and printing facilities for your convenience. If you have some urgent work to do before you fly, you can get it all done here with ease. If you prefer using your own personal computer, then you can take advantage of the free Wi-Fi available throughout the lounge area where you can check up on emails and browse the web on a fast connection.

The Concorde Room at Heathrow Terminal 5

The Concorde Room is the first class lounge of British Airways and is located at Terminal 5A. All first class travellers on the British Airways flights can take advantage of this magnificent lounge which offers a choice of amenities and luxuries you would expect from a first class lounge.

There is an intimate dining area with quiet booth seating and a full waiter service. The one wall is a large bar where you can enjoy drinks from wines and beers to liqueurs and coffees.

The full business suite has seating for eight people and has PC’s and printing facilities, so you are able to get that last bit of work done before you board your plane.

If you are stopping over in Heathrow for a few hours you will love the three private cabanas, which can be used for four hours and include a comfortable day bed and en-suite bathroom, exactly what you need to relax and unwind before boarding the next flight.

There is a huge terrace of the Concorde Room which offers spectacular views and comfortable seating with oversized couches and comfortable chairs where you can sip a cocktail while you wait for the flight to take off.

The entire lounge is done with excellent décor in mind from the oversized couches to the marble and glass walls that offer you privacy from other passengers using the facilities. The large glass window lets the natural sunlight stream into the room, making it a comfortable place to wait, you don’t mind waiting five hours when you can sit in luxury and enjoy complimentary drinks from the large bar area or enjoy a meal at the intimate dining area.

This lounge is open to all first class passengers travelling on British Airways flights, it is also offered to Gold members who have a 5,000 tier points, when you reach this level you will automatically be offered a Concorde Room card.
